When a car accident occurs because of a careless or drunk driver, victims may experience a variety of problems if they are able to survive the wreck, such as physical pain, mental suffering and even financial issues. In Monmouth and the rest of New Jersey, people who have experienced these setbacks after car accidents need to try and recover from the crash in every way possible. For some, this may include filing a lawsuit to hold a negligent driver accountable for the suffering they have caused.

Authorities are looking into a fatal New Jersey auto accident which recently took place in Woodbridge Township. According to a law enforcement official, the accident was reported to officers at 1:51 p.m. and the cause of the crash was still being investigated.

One person lost their life when a vehicle which was traveling south on the Garden State Parkway overturned before coming to a stop on the side of the road. Because an investigation was still underway, authorities would not reveal further information pertaining to the wreck.

Medical expenses, lost wages and funeral costs are some examples of the financial difficulties people may experience after an auto accident. Unfortunately, some people do not take legal action to receive the compensation they both deserve and need, which could lead to additional hardships. Anyone who has had their world turned upside down due to a reckless driver should closely explore their legal options and may want to reach out to an attorney. Although some people do not feel like going to court after an accident, irresponsible drivers cannot be let off the hook.
