From overwhelming emotional pain to funeral expenses, there are many hardships that those dealing with the loss of a loved one after a fatal car accident may have to endure. Sadly, these tragedies continue to happen in Monmouth, New Jersey, and in cities throughout the country. When fatal motor vehicle accidents are caused by a negligent driver, those who lost a family member should do everything they can to hold the driver accountable.

According to law enforcement officials, a 7-year-old boy lost his life in a car accident that occurred on Kozloski Road in Freehold. The crash, which took place at roughly 8:10 p.m., happened on the same road where another accident recently claimed three lives.

A spokesman for the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office said the cause of the crash is being investigated and that the accident left the SUV the child was riding in overturned. The spokesman also said that he isn’t sure if anyone else was injured in the collision and that charges are pending. At this time, the name of the boy who passed away has not been released.

When a negligent driver causes a fatal accident, they should never be let off the hook. As a result, it is important for those who decide to take legal action to prepare for court thoroughly. Furthermore, some people who are in this position benefit from talking to an attorney about what they have been through. In order to help ensure their loved one gets the justice they deserve, someone who is dealing with this should plan for court properly and take the right approach.
