According to law enforcement officials, a 7-year-old boy lost his life in a car accident that occurred on Kozloski Road in Freehold. The crash, which took place at roughly 8:10 p.m., happened on the same road where another accident recently claimed three lives.
A spokesman for the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office said the cause of the crash is being investigated and that the accident left the SUV the child was riding in overturned. The spokesman also said that he isn’t sure if anyone else was injured in the collision and that charges are pending. At this time, the name of the boy who passed away has not been released.
