Scott graduated from Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg in May, 2010. After successfully passing the July 2010 administration of the New Jersey Bar Exam, Scott was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in November, 2010.

While at Widener, Scott was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and participated in Brooklyn Law School’s 2010 Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Competition. Scott was also an active member of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program during his time in law school.

Scott holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University. While at Monmouth, Scott was the President of Alpha Phi Sigma, the Monmouth University Criminal Justice Honor Society.
