Dave graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in May, 2007, admitted to practice law in December, 2007, State of New Jersey.
In school, as part of clinical studies with the Seton Hall University School of Law Center for Social Justice, Dave represented an enemy combatant detained at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base. (released!)

Before legal studies, Dave lived, worked and travelled extensively throughout Mexico, Central America and Spain. (Dave used to enjoy surfing before he became a lawyer).
