David A. Gardner

Dave graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in May, 2007, admitted to practice law in December, 2007, State of New Jersey. 

In school, as part of clinical studies with the Seton Hall University School of Law Center for Social Justice, Dave represented an enemy combatant detained at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base.  (released!)

Comparative Privacy and Intellectual Property Law between EU and USA: National University of Ireland, Galway, Ireland: Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Leuven, Belgium.

Dave served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edward M. Neafsey, J.S.C. in the Monmouth County Superior Court from August, 2007 until August, 2008.

Before legal studies, Dave lived, worked and travelled extensively throughout Mexico, Central America and Spain.  (Dave used to enjoy surfing before he became a lawyer).

Dave focuses mainly on criminal law.  Dave is bilingual, Spanish and English.
